The guide, and the first twelve questions
The five setup steps are on How it works and under Help inside the app. This page grows from the questions people actually send.
- My blog connected but shows zero recipes.
- The crawl reads recipe cards. If your blog uses WP Recipe Maker, check its REST API is not blocked by a security plugin. If it uses another card, the recipe schema has to be on the page. Write to us with the address and we will look.
- Why does Review show only three looks?
- The three ranked most likely to work on your account. "See all" is behind a tap. On Starter there are two looks in total.
- A pin says "Expires in 2 days".
- Unreviewed looks expire after fourteen days so the inbox never piles up. Approve it or let it go; the recipe comes back round in rotation.
- Why did a pin fail?
- The Queue row says why in one sentence, with Retry. The common ones are a board that was deleted on Pinterest and an expired Pinterest connection; both say so.
- The button says my weekly budget is spent.
- Each plan makes about two recipes' worth of looks for every posting slot in the week. It resets on your week's first day. Approving or skipping what is in Review costs nothing.
- How do I change layouts?
- Settings, then Layouts. It is a standing choice; Studio shows it read-only.
- Can I make a board from Review?
- Yes. Every board picker ends with New board, and when no board fits, the row offers one drafted from the recipe.
- The newsletter has only four recipes for an idea.
- A roundup needs five. Add one by hand from your catalog on the Choose recipes sheet; a bread beside four jams is a fine letter.
- A star ingredient is wrong on a recipe.
- Tap the flag on its row, check the card on your live post, then keep or strike. Striking is per account and sticks.
- How do I stop a scheduled pin?
- Long-press the row in Queue, then Pull back to Review. Before the hour it is due, always.
- What does disconnecting Pinterest delete?
- Everything we pulled from Pinterest: pin history, the legacy top list, boards. Your recipes and settings stay.
- How do I cancel?
- Settings, Plan and billing, Cancel. No email, no call.
